ASME “N” certification first for Hayward Tyler

Hayward Tyler Inc has been issued with the primary ASME “N” Certificate of Authorization overlaying Section III, Division 5 Class A and B vessels, pumps, valves and piping methods.
The Vermont, USA-based firm has been collaborating within the development of advanced nuclear reactors since 2016, together with working with builders on pumps and gear for prime temperature, salt-based, sodium-based and gas-cooled reactors.
In addition to the “N” certificates, Hayward Tyler also had revisions approved for its “NS” and “NPT” certifications to incorporate Class A and B fabrication.
“This is a major milestone for Hayward Tyler solidifying our commitment to the development of applied sciences that present clear energy to hundreds of thousands of properties,” said Jeff Belotti, director of Nuclear Business Development at Hayward Tyler. “The growth of our ASME and nuclear applications follows a convention of getting ready Hayward Tyler to serve industry’s most challenging functions utilizing the most well-regarded design and high quality standards.”
