Vogelsang has launched two new industrial pump sequence, the EP and VY sequence rotary lobe pumps for media with excessive demands.
The EP series from Vogelsang is designed for extreme situations and fixed high pressures.
Both the EP collection and the VY sequence are made from a single-piece housing designed for optimum move. The pumps can be outfitted with a wide selection of sealing methods, making them flexibly deployable in demanding areas because the oil, gas and chemical industries.
The EP sequence from Vogelsang is designed for excessive situations and constant high pressures. A heavy-duty gearbox allows for a uniform stress output of as much as 18 bar. The pumps consist of one-piece housing and reliably pump even abrasive, chemically aggressive and explosive flow media at temperatures of up to 200° C. Helical gears within the gearbox ensure clean efficiency and reduce noise emissions. Pulsation-free conveying reduces wear on the adjacent pipeline to a minimal.
Vogelsang has also geared up its EP sequence with an AirGap for high operational reliability. The AirGap atmospherically separates the gearbox and pump chamber, making certain that in the occasion of a leak, liquid will drain off to the skin somewhat than leaking into the gearbox. The AirGap also protects the gearbox when pumping sizzling media.
With the VY sequence, Vogelsang has further developed its VX sequence, opening up new areas of software. The pumps have a flow-optimised one-piece housing and different seals can be used in a big selection of ways within the new housing depending on industry-specific requirements and necessities. ร้านซ่อมเครื่องวัดความดันโลหิต makes it suitable for use in the chemical trade, in addition to in the paper and textile sectors. The VY pumps’ performance spectrum ranges from 1 m³/h to a hundred and twenty m³/h at a maximum stress of 10 bar.
Vogelsang will current its EP and VY collection for the primary time to a broad trade viewers at ACHEMA in Frankfurt, which takes place from 22-26 August 2022.
