Wilo has made two wastewater remedy acquisitions in Germany: FSM Frankenberger GmbH & Co KG in Pohlheim and WSM Walower Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH in Walow.

Both companies concentrate on technologies for mechanical cleansing and therapy of wastewater.

The two companies will be integrated into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower remain impartial and can proceed to be run by local managers.
