Xylem to relocate HQ to Washington

Xylem is transferring its global headquarters from Rye Brook, New York to Washington, DC.

“Washington, DC is an important global crossroads for the varied set of stakeholders who work together towards fixing water challenges all over the world,” said Patrick Decker, president and CEO of Xylem. “By locating our global headquarters right here, we place ourselves right where the water sector is most engaged.”
Decker and numerous senior Xylem leaders might be based mostly within the new headquarters.
“We’ll have the power to cut back complexity, with a lean headquarters, simultaneously we construct nearer relationships with all these within the global water community working to solve the largest challenges, and promote global water sustainability,” said Decker.
