Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and producer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater purposes, primarily based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of private fairness agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The firm, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is home to BJM Pumps merchandise, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump techniques and the Oil Minder pump and control solution, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
