Tencarva Machinery Company has acquired Fischer Process Industries, a US distributor of pumps, valves and process tools servicing Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Georgia.

Headquartered in Loveland, Ohio, with additional places in Alpharetta, Georgia; Owensboro, Kentucky; Marietta, Ohio; and Indianapolis, Indiana, Fischer Process provides full purposes engineering functionality and full restore and repair centres for rotating gear and liquid handling gear in every of its areas.
Fischer Process’s existing administration group, together with president Ken Fischer, will stay with the corporate.
