Atlas Copco to acquire Lewa and Geveke

Atlas Copco has agreed to purchase Lewa GmbH and Geveke BV and their subsidiaries from Japan’s Nikkiso Co Ltd in a €670 million deal.
Founded in 1952, Germany’s Lewa manufactures diaphragm metering pumps, process pumps and full metering techniques. The firm employs round 1200 individuals and had 2021 revenues of €233 million.
“Lewa has a long custom of supporting clients and creating main industrial circulate know-how for efficient, precise and protected handling of fluids,” said Andrew Walker, president of Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area. “Through เกจ์วัดความดัน are constructing our presence and know-how providing inside positive displacement pumps.”

The acquisition is predicted to be accomplished in the course of the second quarter 2022.
