Industrial Flow Solutions to acquire Italy’s Dreno Pompe

Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and producer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater functions, based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of personal fairness agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management options for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is house to BJM Pumps merchandise, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump methods and the Oil Minder pump and management resolution, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers as well as equipment required for set up. Dreno Pompe’s pumps are used in residential, municipal and industrial applications, including building and shipbuilding. The company’s Compatta and GRIX product traces are for home and residential wastewater needs whereas the Kappa line is a collection of construction pumps for abrasive supplies.
Dreno’s Emiliano Conforto and Fabiana Conforto will proceed to function working chief and commercial and administrative leader, respectively. The Dreno name will continue and its manufacturing facility will stay in the Veneto area of Italy.
