After becoming a member of KSB in 2017, Bates served as southeastern regional supervisor before turning into the water market space director of gross sales in September 2020. Prior to KSB, Bates held positions in sales management/operations and business improvement inside the North American industrial and municipal water market.
KSB Inc managing director Luis Maturana has also taken on additional duties as the brand new regional executive officer for the North America Region, a position beforehand held by Wolfgang Demmler who’s returning to the pinnacle office in Frankenthal, Germany.
