US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service supplier of all kinds of rotating tools, with in-house and area service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 staff.
The acquired enterprise will operate underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, said: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory coverage, top product lines and including further service capabilities to this space. We are very desperate to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost 65 places all through the United States, and more than forty service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 staff.
