In these modern times in which we reside in, it is extremely common to confuse reality with thought, facts with theory, and health with confirmation. Here we are, in the era of abundance, having everything we can ever imagine at the grasp of our finger tips, computer science has sky-rocketed allowing us access to endless levels of information, any where tretinoin gel, any moment. Today?s norm is to grab a snack, or drive through some burger joint to stuff our bellies so we can can get on with work, and so slowly but surely, from the dawn of the industrial age, the products have come to displace what nature has given us, and what life itself is based on, as food.
Real food, which is basically fruit and veggies, nutrition wise at least (as much would argue on the taste factor), may be the foundation of any nutritious diet, not because it is indeed important and healthy to eat a sensible diet with vegetables in it, but simply since it is food. The rest is not food. It may be hard to grasp at the beginning, peeping through the little crack that all of us have in our definitions of what food is, and seeing the reality behind the screen of illusion.

Wellness and health play an enormous and important part in my own life, my actions, my thoughts, and my schedule. I’m presently leading twelve fitness classes weekly that change from step aerobics, balance and core work on the large stability ball, weight lifting, modified yoga and several classes that concentrate on functionality.
